Happy Monday guys! I hope you’ve all had a great weekend and are ready to smash another week!

Lemme tell you, my weekend wasn’t the most fun. I started off with no hot water or heating and had to wait till Sunday for it to get fixed – this was so unideal since its been abso FREEZING and snowing, plus I was in need of a shower. I spent my whole day cleaning up the house, watching The Greatest Dancer and doing no uni work whatsoever. (Regretti spaghetti now cause I’ve got piles of work to do lol) But to make myself feel and look better I decided to play about with some makeup and I’m pretty happy with how it turned out!

The Anastasia Modern Renaissance palette is my absolute favourite and with Valentine’s day coming up I thought I’d better get practicing a cute pink look for the Valentine’s date! I am FAR from an expert with makeup and I definitely need to up my makeup game but I’m pretty proud of how this turned out if I do say so myself. Here’s the look and the products I used are detailed below.

P.S. wearing glasses is the bane of my life cause I can’t ever walk aboug showing off my makeup.

This has been a super short post but I hope you guys enjoyed it! I am by no means an expert at makeup and tbh think I’m pretty trash at it but oh well, gotta start somewhere eh.

  5. Love love this look – such a versatile eyeshadow palette. I’ve been wanting to try some of Charlotte Tilbury’s lip products, so this is just making me want to pick up a few goodies even more!! Also, LOL’d when I read Regretti Spaghetti, but also 100% in the same boat.

    1. Thank you so much and thank you for reading lovely!! I think it has pretty decent wear, feels nice on your lips and its really moisturizing, but doesn’t hold up too well when youre eating or drinking so defo need to bring it in your bag for touch ups xx

      1. I think that is the same with most lip products so I would have expected that. It is more when it fade from your lips throughout the day, especially when it is a darker colour and leaves your lips unevenly coloured. xx

      2. Yeah, i get that. I think it lasted not too bad throughout the day but i never checked on it too much throughout tbh! Yeah it doesn’t leave your lips unevenly coloured because it’s a bit more of a natural nudey colour! Xx
